Chemical Storage & Safety Compliance Inventories

Chemical and Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) inventories are commonly completed as part of a site assessment, but may be also done for compliance audits with federal and state Resource Conservation and Recovery Acts (RCRA), or flammable materials storage permits, as required by local bylaws, and state building code.

Lord Associates Inc.has substantial experience in completeing chemical inventories and compliance audits at schools, testing laboratories, manufacturing plants, and town garages. We are able to compliment this work with follow-up testing, permitting, identification and management of cost-effective disposal alternatives. As part of our capibilities in chemical inventoring we have developed designed and wrote computerized database applications for inventory control and record keeping. These programs allow for accurate reporting of usage, disposal and reordering of controled materials.

Our audits are directed by a Master Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (#3504) with a risk assessment background and many years of practical experience in and a chemical laboratory.
